Q - How painful is rhinoplasty?

A-While different people may experience different degrees of pain, the pain associated with rhinoplasty is typically considered more of a discomfort. Most patients complain of discomfort due to nasal packing which is often inserted into the nose to control bleeding following the procedure, and patients often feel a great deal of relief once the packing is removed. In addition, you may feel congested following surgery, as if you had a cold.
