Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos
Before and after Revision Rhinoplasty. Subtle changes were made to the nostrils to achieve greater symmetry and naturalness, as well as the to the profile and tip region. Patient also had repair of prior facelift scars to restore a more normal appearance to the ears and mid face region.
Before and six months after challenging Revision Rhinoplasty. Patient had a prior cartilaginous strut placed in the columella, giving an over projected tension nose, and some cartilage placed over the ala/lateral nostril regions. She required a combination of some graft removal as well as additional carefully placed grafts.
Challenging Revision Rhinoplasty procedure, with the patient’s first procedure leaving his nose without much support of the tip and an unnatural appearance. Cartilage from the septum was used to strengthen up the tip (columellar strut), with a variety of other techniques used to restore a more aesthetic appearance.
