Very challenging Rhinoplasty surgery, due to the thin skin and prominent cartilages, and the notable asymmetry of both cartilage as well as skin including the nostrils. A variety of approaches were used in this patient, over 2 procedures, including the sculpting of cartilage, the resetting of bone, the shortening of the columella, and the use of a rim graft to bring down the right nostril rim.
