Question:
Is there anything special that I’ll need to do to care for my face after my browlift?
Answer:
Before a browlift, you should wash your face and hair using Hibiclens (available without prescription at any drugstore) either the evening before and/or the morning of surgery. Do not apply moisturizers, make-up, or hair spray. As far as after the surgery, you should clean the sutured area 3 times a day with warm water or hydrogen peroxide and apply bacitracin. With respect to your face, a gentle cleanser would be fine.
