Question:
I feel I am much too young to have droopy eyes. The droopy area is below my eyebrows and it sags down over my eyes, particularly my left eye. What is the cure for this, blepharoplasty or brow lift?
Answer:
It sounds like you are describing a problem that would best be solved by blepharoplasty. However, sometimes a small brow lift, even a small lateral temporal incision brow lift, can add to the blepharoplasty to give you a complete and improved look. However, again, if most of the drooping appears to be below your eyebrow area then most likely the problem can be solved with a blepharoplasty. If the eyebrows themselves seem to be hanging down, then you need to consider that as an option and have some form of brow plasty done.
